Did you ever get that issue with the patch not saving when you save the project fixed?

No I didn't. It had to save every time you tweaked any knob and that would just become a huge cpu hog and risking to corrupt the saved preset by multiple writes to the same file so to speak. Loading it wasn't a big task tho. I'm looking into how to solve it tho.
