Terms such as "just like every other bloody lead sound I ever program" came to mind when I listened to it - but my ego could use the strokes so thanks.

I think this means I might be ready to start tackling a synth/sampler tutorial for XT2.

This may take a while.

still waiting for my Ah-Ha moment

my synth skills are whack!

i normally go for a square tone, phatt it up then use lfo & env on filter to make a good old warp sound

then i draw for the presets after that

Really nice songs as always, Scot. And well, you don't get just two songs using the EXT2-synth, you get a tutorial CM-style too here

Thanks Klemperer! I actually just finished a CM tutorial using EXT that will appear in an upcoming Synth Essentials. These sounds and samples and a lot more should be available pretty quickly, by the way. In the meantime, I am in the studio today sampling my PPG Wave 2.2 which I will roll into a few XT patches for download later today...
