With my wife, my cat, my turtles and my music at home there is nothing the world can offer me that could make me want to go out (except a paycheck). Not to mention that the world generally offers the kind of thing that reinforces reclusive tendancies.
I keally enjoy the percussion in this track, especially the different kik drum elements. Very cool stuff! And I think I here a decent amout of Dr Device and/or Dubstation.

yeah theres a few AD plugs in there, at the moment theyre just minor tweaked presets.justin3am wrote:

im gonna strip it right down then add the fx with automation i think, get a much realer sound to it

Hey Vurt,
Never heard the first mix, but this mix is cool. The distorted electro beat was cool, I liked it from the very first second. I heard a few tweeting bird-like sfx in there, which fit nicely, everytime I use that type of sound it never fits. The synth work was excellent, it kept me interested. Overall, it was like Industrial Grunge-hop. Using my visual mind it reminded me of a dystopian New York; Industrial, Retro and cool yet with Electro bird like sounds, sounded like being in central park, only you're in the matrix and not reality.
