loaded it into the fruity soundfont player and it didnt give any sound, while other soundfont files did..

Hmm, I see. I'm not very up on making soundfonts (stupid Creative Labs and their 'standards') but it does work with sfz, if you can get by with that for now.

Failing that I can always make a patch file for use with HighLife (the freeware multi-sampler).
