Still waiting on my SonikSynth here..im not sure what to expect though..a guy at the door or standard post...or maybe a S.W.A.T. team crashing in through the skylight with my parcel..

I can't seem to find the various order statuses anywhere -- what I mean is, in my esoundz login area I can see that the group buy order status is "New", but I don't know what this means and I don't know what other statuses there are.

Now, I'm assuming "New" will change to "Shipped" once it's been shipped? Or am I wrong?

Also, is Allen the man to email regarding missing epointz? I emailed the general support last week but haven't heard anything back yet.
