Anyway I think I must be a bit odd, because I actually *like* manuals, and do go over them from time to time to pick up extra small things I might have missed.

Well, when the manual was released is irrelevant - you can look stuff up in it now now when you don't understand something, so my point still stands - the manual can explain these concepts just fine. And I'm sure groove suites would have been covered in the videos as well...
Anyway I think I must be a bit odd, because I actually *like* manuals, and do go over them from time to time to pick up extra small things I might have missed.

Stylus RMX is capable of doing an immense amount of things. If you ask it to more, then it will use more resources than if you ask it to do less. I'd like to be able to say there is such a thing as a free lunch, but alas, that's not the case 
.
Anyway, if you've read the manual and my explanation above about memory usage and still believe the amount of memory usage is incorrect, then please send tech support details of what you're doing in your test, and details of why you believe what you're observing differs from my explanation. Thanks!
