Here's how to load it in Reaper, I use it too.

Load Shortcircuit in Reaper, open up the GUI windown, see the + ? Press that, it'll say load patch/bank or save patch/bank. Press load and load the fxp.

Also, I think this patch is for Shortcircuit 2, because I loaded it in 1 and it said something about 2....but I loaded it in Shortcircuit 1 in Savihost and it loaded fine, so I just renamed the fxp, and now it loads in version 1 fine in Reaper.

Reaper hides this function near the upper right of the VSTi GUI display. There is a "+" button. Click on the "+" button and a drop down is displayed that lets you Load and Save Patch and Bank files. Choose Load Patch/Bank and navigate to the .FXP file. here's a piece of this display ...

Ah, the veil lifts. Sneaky. Unfortunately, when I follow the "load patch/bank" option and choose the DblBass.fxp file, I get the following message: "Version is not 1."

You need to pursue this with the Reaper folks.

Thanks for identifying these samples which were apparently setup for the Logic EX24 Sampler by Echochamber. Doesn't say how they were recorded or when. The same samples can be downloaded from this website but they are configured for the EX24 Sampler and include an EXS patch file.

So if you have LOGIC on your MAC, you can get the same patch at the link above.
