Very Cool and Authentic! Thanks much! 8) :tu: Here is a cool page that has a bunch of virtual Vintage DrumMachines that you can play around with. There not VSTi or anything but they are still fun to play around with and you can record any sounds or beats you make with any audio editor that has record. Check it out if you haven't already tried it before.
They are based on the Shockwave/Flash web browser plug.

How to get it run?

Use your favorite vst host-sequencer to program your drum tracks. Check out V-Pops Key Layout.png in vpops.zip archive.

would you also consider beefing it up with the MP7 (or Univox SR95) additional sounds ?

Please work on this! :) It might be the most important one yet! The drum machine kicks ass!

In future, yes. Right now I'm just going to leave it as-is so I can spend more time working on my VDS and VCZ. :)

Currently no GUI exists, but I'm planning to have it look like a CZ3000 (google it). Availability... still in the early stages of development. December is what I'm aiming for but after this week it's back to uni so I won't have much in the way of free time. Right now I'm not to sure on price, £40 sounds good at this point but that price is subject to change.

Can't get it started. The knobs in the upper window can't be moved, the rhythm selection doesn't work and so does the "start" button.
Am I doing something wrong?

Post

I believe upper section just mimics the original interface without the ability to actually use it. You should program your own rhythms in your favorite vst host, just like with any other drum plugin.
