Very cool tune! Listened a few days ago, but forgot to comment.
It did make me download the demo for Atomic.
Interesting listen, thanks for sharing it.

Thanks, Tim & bluedad! I do indeed have more coming similar to this. It'll take a little while but they will come.

The sounds in this are excellent. It has that Berlin School vibe with a much more contemporary production style. Not typically my thing but this held my attention (which is an accomplishment, in and of itself.
Thanks!
Thanks!

@ justin3am: Thanks for leaving a note! I appreciate it all the more when the song's not your typical kind of music. This is certainly inspired from the old Berlin School style, but really sounds just like my mid-80s JX-3P based sequencer music. I'm not sure how I can describe the difference, except to say this sounds like me rather than Tangerine Dream

Hi Emdot
Very moody as always you old Master of Moods. When you say Sci-Fi novell it is hard not to first associate this piece of music with an inner Blade Runner panorama
, which the music is very suitable for.
Well, are there any chance that there will be a roleplay version of the novell?
Anyway very nice music indeed.
Is the posted only an extract? I ask because I was just getting deeper into it when it suddenly was over. You could easily keep it going for a good deal longer.
All the Best

He he! I like that.Hskovlund wrote:Very moody as always you old Master of Moods.
As I said earlier, the brassy lead comes from Oddity and a prest that's very similar to the Bladerunner preset, which I'll be using in another piece simliar to this one. As for a roleplay version...well, if there's money in it, I'm willing to go there!Hskovlund wrote:When you say Sci-Fi novell it is hard not to first associate this piece of music with an inner Blade Runner panorama, which the music is very suitable for.

No, this is the full piece as I conceived it. It may in fact be extended, but that depends on how it fits into the project. It'll probably be used behind a longer passage of narrative, so depending on how the reading goes it may have to be extended or abbreviated in the ultimate podcast. I agree it could be longer, but it could also be nicely transitioned into a different piece, as I think the ending suggests.Hskovlund wrote:Anyway very nice music indeed. Is the posted only an extract? Really glad you liked it!
