You can do that in Live with clips for notes and modulation also.

A lot can be accomplished in Live with clips but clip envelopes simply aren't flexible enough sometimes.

I know what you mean about midi feedback. I can't wait to use motorized faders with the sequencers.

Oh man, OSC in Num Pro? Combine that with OSC capability in Max4Live and I'm going to be an extremely happy camper!
