As you can see from the posts above, the passwords have been sent. If you haven't received it yet, its can only be for one of two reasons:
a) your email address is undeliverable. Some ISPs don't like BT Openworld for reasons unknown (especially as its the UKs largest phone company!!) and send a "550 Not Authorised" when their mail server tries to deliver the mail. Excite.com is a particular example. If your email address bounces, you are removed from the database.
b) It hasn't got there yet. There's no guarantee that says an email sent from one computer to another will be delivered in 24, 48, 72 hours or whatever. The emails have left our server, all the test emails in the list that we send as checks have been sent and received, and we're getting the usual flood of failed mails, over-quotas and 550s that we get every month.
Regards
Dave

We can crossgrade you from platform to platform as many times as you need, and there's no charge. Drop us a mail with your original transaction IDs or your postal address at the time of order and I can sort that out for you.

ermmm i think it's fairly safe to say from all the posts above that many of us did not receive the password this month. Always received it before. Waiting here on the September one I guess, so I can get the August ones too.

I did not get my passwords either, but there have been problems with his server for a number of reasons.
I guess if we are lucky they will be sorted out for September.
The spud u likes issue no doubt

We can take the matter up with British Telecom, but the emails left our server just fine, the seed emails came back and we didn't get any indication of a problem. I'm tempted to think its just because of all of the SoBig/Blaster worm activity maybe....
