Everything seems fine hear but the version number at the top read 1.0.4 not 1.1.0, the installer is 1.1.0 so i presume waldorf as forgot to update that not that im bothered as long as this is the correct version!

mine won't work

does the installer screw up the dongle licence or change it somehow?

im not deleting the licence from the dongle because if i try to install with the same serial as on the dvd it will be rejected by syncrosoft control center.
what have they done lol i though it would be just a matter of installing the new and deleting the old...
anyone from waldorf tell us what were supposed to do

No it should'nt do rob, i ran the installer and pointed it to the largo vst folder and installed then you should install the syncrosoft as update mine from 5.4.18.1 to 5.4.18.3 !

Just an idea rob try putting your largo.dll in another folder so goto where your largo.dll is create another folder lets say version1.1 and put the largo.dll in that and see if sonar picks it up, the reason i say this sometimes in cubase when the dll file is not found if i make a new folder when it rescans it finds it for some reason, anyway give it wirl!

READ MY POSTS ABOVE !! I stated that the license control center was not installed correctly and my dongle was not found after installation. I downloaded the LCC from the eLicenser homepage and installed it again. Now it works !!

Just run the 1.1 installer and it will install the syncrosoftware when its finsihed installing just make sure it runs the LCC

i did read the posts..there's nothing wrong with my licence as it's still there on the dongle and in the device tree..
largo just does not show up in sonar but the dll is still there...
nevermind i'll sort it out somehow...

What version does it say when you run the LCC 5.4.18.3 ?

Got it sorted

i had to do like you said martin..i moved the dll file to another folder then restarted sonar and largo showed up

btw

the UI looks even better in 1.10

Maybe you can try to install the LCC from the eLicenser page like i pointed out above. It worked in my case.
