Then what do they expect the developers do about that? That's totally b***s***zvenx wrote:sadly no... Steinberg doesn't legally allow it. They always say to try it out at your local distributor, like that would help you
Both N4 and N3 has the same problem and I would imagine Cubase as well. I guess maybe we will hear from more Cubase users.

it will take forever, but I think there is a steinberg developer's group that they will probably charge you an arm and a leg to join.

So I DL'd the demo to give this a good going over before I commited to buy.. so in order for the VST version to work it MUST be installed to that path? I cannot move it to my vst folder? What about the non demo version?

Got it. took a little messing with Fl to get it to find it. Seen this before with a couple other plugs. Sometimes Fl likes to be contrary. Demo'd.... using coupon heh.kv331 wrote:No you can move it anywhere, it's a portable app.shadoe42 wrote:So I DL'd the demo to give this a good going over before I commited to buy.. so in order for the VST version to work it MUST be installed to that path? Synthmaster is working for me in linux, using wineasio, and Reaper for vst host.
PD GlassySwell XS, and one of the Xenos supersaws are my favorite sounds so far!
And a classy softnoise demosound is a classy touch. Cheers

That's not fast enough for me. When I launch your site I get an instant BSOD because I have an ASIO driver conflict.kv331 wrote:Just press the Stop button on the player?aMUSEd wrote:How do you turn off the music on your site it keeps turning on as soon as I browse to it

I am trying out the demo in Sonar 7, and so far no problems and sounds pretty cool! I have to mess around with it more and report back.glokraw wrote:Synthmaster is working for me in linux, using wineasio, and Reaper for vst host.

there was a thread in HPC by grymmjack about how the word amazing is often used out of context & by doing so the word is losing its value
if you can get a few cubase users to back you i'm sure getting a NFR version of cubase should be no problem
Synthmaster is well known & works in every host bar there's
PS, synthmaster2 is great
