Hi reflex.

I finally got Drumaxx to show in GB.
I only used a maintenance program to clean the caches, and other processes and after restart it just showed up in the AU list.

While opening GB after the clearing the caches, GB then rescanned the AU folder and it added Drumaxx to the list.
So if someone has the same problem in the future, you may want to suggest trashing the GB caches in the HD library, and the user library too.

I should also mention, Drumaxx is excellent!
Very unique drum machine.

That's good to hear.

Could you explain to me exactly what you did? I can then suggest it to other users who have this problem.

Yes.
This was the latest version.
I used MacHelpMate here:
http://www.macworkshops.com/machelpmate/

You should try that, it's really useful software for macs, and pc.

I ran all the maintenance programs in it, but all that's really needed to do to get garageband to rescan and include Drumaxx, is...
delete the (user)/Library/Cache/co.apple.garageband
Throw the com.apple.garageband folder out.

Of course I used the program which deletes all user, system and font caches caches.
I'm pretty sure the only cache having to throw out is the com.apple.garageband folder though.
That causes it to rescan GB on start up.
I'm gonna try just thrashing that folder right now and see if I'm right here.

You should check out that MacHelpMate software, as it does have some debugging program within it.
The Windows version of it is here:
