Ok good to hear.
Still, even if the drivers are not up to date it shouldnt crash, so thats something we have to look into for future releases.

Hm. That's not really how KVR works. I think you would sell quite a few units if you had an introductory price or create the infrastructure for a group buy. It ain't that complex. Your plugin is way more complex.newsonicarts wrote:Regarding a group buy, unfortunately we dont have any technological infrastructure for that kind of thing available at the moment.
However, if anyone wishes to discuss a bulk order please contact sales@newsonicarts.com.
Hmm... James knows very well how KVR works.jensa wrote:Hm. That's not really how KVR works.
As well you should. I've been playing with this since its alpha days; it's stupid simple to use and amazing sounding to boot. What's not to love about it?I think you would sell quite a few units if you had an introductory price or create the infrastructure for a group buy. It ain't that complex. Yes, but it's some months away.parma wrote:let me be this guy:

there doesnt seem to be much info about it on your site, can i suggest you give users a bit, especially 'minimum requirements' as lots of new stuff requires things like SSE2 etc and would be handy to knownewsonicarts wrote:Hi
I would like to introduce our new granular synthesiser instrument (Windows / VST).

More info, audio examples are available online, plus a fully functional demo (except saving).
Thanks!
On the Try & Buy pages there is a System Requirements box on the right hand side. SSE2 is listed there.Kriminal wrote: there doesnt seem to be much info about it on your site, can i suggest you give users a bit, especially 'minimum requirements' as lots of new stuff requires things like SSE2 etc and would be handy to know

But I would suggest to just check the demo, its only about 6 mb to download. The manual is also included there.
Ok, I see what you mean now, do the group buy on KVR.jensa wrote:Hm. That's not really how KVR works. Yeah, my wording was kind of inappropriate. I meant KVR are well known for it's group buys and not bulk orders. Sorry about that.ew wrote:Hmm... James knows very well how KVR works.jensa wrote:Hm. That's not really how KVR works.
Everything's to love about it but it's a competitive market out there, not so few people lost their jobs, the world economy is on a bumpy ride... love is free, money's not. At the release is a perfect time to get people into buy it and spread the word on other forums etc. Especially in a group buy. Bla, bla, bla.ew wrote:As well you should. as his product is a legacy product , he sees no conflict , nor harm ...

the sound of granite is superb ...
Hm, I was thinking somewhat the opposite. I was thinking, "Could this be my replacement for Riverrun on the PC?parma wrote:let me be this guy:
