Omnisphere, Alchemy, and many others don't support fxp unfortunately.

nor does MiniMonsta, but i sent an fxp for that and Alchemy a while back, im sure tick said he could still use them....???

Actually, what I need is one example of the chunk data, and this must be supported by all synths (because this is how they save their context when the host saves a project).

So in fact, even if they don't handle fxp natively, you can still save them using minihost. You can also use my own little standalone host if you want (just let me know and I'll send it to you).
