If you are searching for an absolutely exact replica of PAZ Analyzer, yes, it's a bit different.

But you definitely can control phase of a signal with Vengeance Sound Scope. Under stereo image on the "Stereofield" tab there is a meter which shows whether signal is in or out of phase.
