The issue is around copyright. If you create a bunch of presets for a non-sample based synth (or Live Rack) it is your own work. If you record a sound made from a sample based synth it is a derivative work, and still belongs to the creator of the original sound. I guess you made presets in omnisphere. You can make a bundle and sell these if there is a market for them.
You might even get to market them on omnisphere site since it promotes their product.
But the sounds as such I think all facts already has already been mentioned here - not ok.
