As for hosts that can randomize presets there are also:
MiniHost - has a Preset Randomizer. Has a total randomization of parameters from 1 - 100% or you can control with scripts what parameters and how much you want to randomize.
Chainer - has a so called Preset Lab. You can randomize preset parameters from 1 - 100%, mix and morph(very cool) any two chosen or randomly picked presets.
Orion - has a feature called Genetics. Its not a randomizer "per se" but mixes two chosen or randomly picked presets between themselves.(Similar to Mix in Chainer). Can be more useful than total randomization for useful sounds in many times

Synplant is based on genetics randomizers.
Predator has great customizable randomization methods and even morphing between two presets.

Corona - Randomizes oscillator waves and tone. Really useful and fun.
