How stable are the betas?
I'd say the latest one is better than the 1.0 release (since it has some important fixes). Stability (crashes) have never been a real problem with LFOTool, it has been relatively support-free.

I tend to recommend the latest beta to all users, although there will be at least one more beta before the 1.1 release.

Also just a heads-up, due to the filter licensing there will be a price increase with the 1.1 release, however updates will always be free.
Thanks Steve, I'll give it a whirl.

Respect for LFOTool and on the show. never actually heard of it before but was a fun watch.

If I win the lottery one day I'll buy Nerve as well

Output is very low.

Why is that ?
Professional technicians are assessed by the abilities they possess.
Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.

On the latest beta? it certainly shouldn't be... can you post in the LFOTool forum about it, maybe take a screenshot?

OK I think I know what it is :

There are presets that can make the sound as if it has less "impact" (like in windbuilder) which might make
it look like it is volume reduced. maybe make an "auto compensate" ?

No demo, currently. I'll probably make one with the 1.1 release.

There will be a price increase for new purchases in a few weeks time (when 1.1 is final). Updates are always free.

Just a quick note, LFOTool 1.2b1 has been uploaded for registered users!

- optional Crossover filter for selective-frequency band processing (process the lows, not the highs, or vice-versa)
- filter frequency plot display when mouse is over the filter section

My thinking there: it is a beta version, I'm not going to spam customers with email about beta versions.

I've never sent a mass email to customers at all, but I'll do a mass mail on the official release, which shouldn't be too long (as I've yet to get a bug report on 1.2 beta!)
