I think it's more similar to the stuff I was doing when I first joined KVR. Lots of detailed edits, little consideration for melody, heavy focus on the percussive elements. The main difference here is that I'm using a lot more synthesized drums than I would have then. It takes a lot of time to finish a track like this. Pretty much every event (down to 1/128th note resolution) was edited into place. Probably somewhere in the ballpark of 10-12,000 edits in the space of 5 minutes.
