I had a similar problem a couple of days ago. I haven't tried to update anything, but I pulled up Massive and realized a bunch of presets were missing. They were all the in the Massive folder, both the .ksd and the converted ones. I ran the 'refresh' or rebuild option and it took some time, but they all popped back in there. I've had Massive for years and that's never happened.
