Cool
Had a quick test, nice and of course have some suggestions.
1.ext midi clock sync, essential.
2.option to offset samples for the cut pads, right now samples seem to trigger from the start.
3.option to start samples from cut pads at the start of the assigned offset.
4.multi mode filter would be great.
5.automation, it would b great to record/automate a performance, not just record to audio but to automation.
Nice work

Thank you, I am glad you like it. I will be very committed to updates for this app. It is my first audio app and I am still learning the black arts of core audio.topaz wrote:Cool

But I do plan on implementing :
1. Core Midi
2. Audio Bus
3. Soundcloud Export
4. Dropbox Import / Export
5. DSP effects
I have thought about the offset but, would need to think about where to put an offset slider in the UI, I would think you would want it accessible without having to go to settings.
I hadn't thought about how I would go about automation though.
Thank you for the feedback!

bigups Distraub !
interesting app.
very cool to use it live.
my requests:
- dropbox support
- some basic dsp fx
and ...
maybe another skin ? alternative skin ?
actually the skin is my only minor complaint so far.
i like clean minimal skins that doesnt disturb you live.
no bevel - no blurs - clean industrial and practicall.
the default is good - but could be even better

HI Alex
I would say that sample offset (always starting at the beginning is very limiting) and some in sync options, ie when you hit the glitch cut pads they stay in time is essential, there should also be a latch option for the glitch pad.
there is plenty of room to set up total re juggling chaos on the setting page.
I would be up for helping out with testing, ideas etc.

Hi, great fun app..
Just a couple of things on my wish list
- on the loop modulation panel I find it a bit fiddly to have to switch it off
especially if you're trying to trigger another loop simultaneously, an option to have it disengage just
when you remove your finger from it would be handy.
Also to have an option to be able to retrigger the loop from the start whenever you hit it would be cool
too, I keep automatically trying to do that sometimes but of course it just keeps playing thru the loop, not re-triggering.... A little button to push that would allow this would be cool
(I guess you can sort of get that effect with the cut pad thing , but there's nothing like a bit of finger mashing
.
Thanks to the developer for a fun app

I had it working this way, but found that in beta people liked to have it continue glitching to do pitch mod to it, I can definitely put in a setting in options to turn this off and on. Something like turn off Loop Modulation Latch.J.C wrote:+1 for this feature!!!shanecgriffo wrote:on the loop modulation panel I find it a bit fiddly to have to switch it off especially if you're trying to trigger another loop simultaneously, an option to have it disengage just when you remove your finger from it would be handy...

That would be perfect!
I think I got an issue with the recording fonction. Everything seems to work well but when I load the recorded performance in a pad the loop play at very high tempo, not at the same tempo as the other loops already loaded.
It's the same issue on both my iPad 2 and iPhone 4S.
Any idea?
Edit:
The waveform looks normal and the recordings plays exactly at twice the tempo.
