The same happened to me at FXpansion forums.pinki wrote:Whatever you do don't step out of line at EW Forums- instant deletion if you say anything contrary to what they want to hear. I really don't like EastWest at all and now they fired their main creative Nick, I think (hope) their days are numbered.

I think one of the the biggest issues for NI is the fact they just don't reply to a lot of people's questions on the forums. People spend money on their products and there is a forum where people can ask questions or discuss issues, but it seems that although the forum is moderated, the moderator only seems filter out some undesirable posts. Very rarely does anyone actually get any help. Emailing them can take forever and then as it was in my case, after that month long wait I didn't get an answer anyway. I'm not the only one either.
If they actually gave some feedback on the forums, there would be a lot less complaining. I rarely use their forums, but I used to check on there every now and then and I'd see posts from people with the exact same questions as me, but there'd be no response. If they'd actually address more concerns on the forums, their support staff wouldn't be so backed up with emails (assuming that they are). One response on a forum could possibly answer the questions of 50 people.

@NI: I've been a member since like 2005 and there has been some ups and some downs. Right now there is hardly anyone moderating it seems. The maschine forum is a few people who want something new, a few people that want updates and what seems like a bunch of people who just want to "clique" or whine about MPC's being better (remind you of anywhere?)
Ask a serious question, you won't even get one of the super snarks to try and squash you, you'll generally just be ignored.
I wonder if people are just baked over there.
