I would suggest these two high-quality plug-ins.Compressor for orchestra: Klanghelm DC8C http://klanghelm.com/DC8C.html (http://klanghelm.com/DC8C.html) with fast attack, "Smooth" detector and "S-Curve" release. In some cases, with "PRE ATTACK" time.
Limiter for orchestra: Flux Elixir with one or two stages and High-res, maybe.
