Vaz Modular (can also ringmod external audio and/or wavfiles)
QuikQuak Glass Viper (not on basic oscillator level, everyone of four so called "voices" with their respective filter and modulation settings can be ringmodulated and the result of that ringmodulated with another "voice" etc)
Vember Audio Surge (can also ringmod external audio)
Synapse Audio Dune
Concrete FX Kubik (a VST from as way back as 2009 that hasn't been updated for years may seem kind of ancient to some though)
Some of the Rob Papen synths, Blue and Predator has this.
Native Instruments Absynth 5, Absynth 4 could also do this.
White Noise Audio WNAdditive.

Yeah, I was going to add earlier in the thread, that if you're wanting to get into weird ringmod like modulation experiments. Corona is the 'shizzle'. The logic modulation is nuts.

Another synth that has ringmod: Phonec. This also has a few of the weird modulations that Corona can do.

Another synth that has ringmod and weird modulations and is really freaking old: ANAmark. One of the weirdest oscillator sections ever.

EDIT: G-Force Oddity has ringmod also.
