I haven't gone through them in detail but I think it's fairly easy if you look back at what's available there to see why they dumped Kore in favour of Maschine (which launched in 2009 IIRC) and that things have improved sales-wise somewhat since their reorg*. But their costs also increase as they have to make more hardware.

* EDIT: Maybe not the reorg bit. I thought that happened earlier.

Not sure yet. The big increase in sales probably increased the cost of buying the other shareholders out. That also shows how far out I was on the reorg date. I thought it happened a lot earlier.
