Do yourself a favor and demo SugarBytes' Cyclop. I got it in the recent sale because I wanted to have a "modern" sounding monosynth with lots of modulation options. I have to say, that this is one of the most enjoyable synths in my collection. I get lost in making sounds for hours. It is so well-conceived and the visual feedback is second-to-none. Like I said, I'm not really into dubstep, but this synth appears to be tailor-made for that genre (it ever has a gigantic "wobble" knob). It's really worth demoing.
As to the previous suggestions, they will all get you there. The advantage to something like Massive, FM8, Sylenth, etc. is that there are not only a lot of third party preset packs available, but there are tons of youtube tutorials as well to get the sounds you're looking for.
But seriously, check out Cyclop! You can thank me later.
