Cubase 7.5 How can I open 2 separate channel settings windows at once?

Ok, I still think there is a way to do it, and some know it. Perhaps it is a stupid setting again

I’m pretty sure this was killed off in C10 or 11, when Channel Comparison was introduced. From the manual:

I could be wrong about this, but once this feature went in, opening two Channel settings windows ceased to function.
