If your library didn't rescan upon completion of the install and running SampleTank 3, then you can rescan your library manually. If that doesn't help, let support know at http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support

I have been corresponding with IK since the start of August and so far nothing they suggested works. I have several IK products of which some work, some don't.

I can't get T-Rack, amplitube 3 and now Sampletank to work. but Samplemoog, Sonic Synth and AmplitubeFender so work.
