It's known fact that licenses with warez teams on them use less resources than legit payed ones.

I would imagine so. In that case, one can't really blame legit owners of software deciding to use warez/cracked versions (whatever the "official" term is) over their purchased legit ones (assuming they actually own a legit version).Passing Bye wrote:It's known fact that licenses with warez teams on them use less resources than legit payed ones.
Of course, you'll have people that disagree with that no matter what. It is what it is. No one is going to change anyone's mind. I've seen countless silly word wars in many threads about many different things. At the end of the day, no one's mind is changed.

Suuuuure you were. That's what they all say
Still, I believe that to be the case. I would image that there are exceptions to that. But maybe I'm completely wrong.

You believe that licence that have warez team name which you illegally got use less resources than one with your name for which you paid for?

No, I doubt they just slap their name on it. Then again, not every piece of software uses the same CP methods, so maybe they do just slap their name on some of them and then call it a day. I don't really know, so I can't speak on it. I can speculate but that doesn't really count for anything.

I really can't believe this crap. Am I the only person that ever paid for Sylenth1? Sheesh!

Truth be told I stole mp3's in the late 1990's and early 2000's, so I'm a hypocrite if I claim to have a bone to pick with freeloading "it's ok 'cuz everyone is doing it" dogma. Nevermind I did eventually buy everything I had stolen (if it was available for purchase).
Still doesn't make it the kind of thing I'd want done to me if I had IP out there in some form making a chunk o' change.

Or TEA...bag or something.Orbit-50 wrote:Wrong! His name could be TEA Boy?Compyfox wrote:Still you can clearly read "TEA", which is an indication to "Team Air".
But it sure is a bit suspicious how the GUI is constantly moved around and "zoomed in" just in that shot, while in the total view, the full GUI and host interface can be seen. I can still imagine things though.
Why always so negative, yo?Orbit-50 wrote:Did you ever stop to think before you...![]()
Nah, on a serious note. I am happy with the synths I already have (both freeware and commercial). And last time I checked, they are way too many that I barely scratch the surface from.
LennarDigital's Sylenth is not among my setup, but it could have been any other synth or plugin on the market being shown to have been (presumably) warez'd. And this sure as hell didn't happen the first time on video for this magazine either. What was the other company that went far out and even "offered" a regular license to one of the FM visited artists. Was that Ohmforce? Been a while that this has going on (like I said - is this the 5th or 6th time already at this point?).
It's way over my head to be honest.

I don't care about the user with the priated copy. Hundreds if not thousands have done the same. My issue is with FM. This is not their first time doing this. By their actions they have shown where they stand on this issue.
A boycott of that publisher's products is long overdue.

What exactly is your issue?UncleAge wrote:My issue is with FM. This is not their first time doing this. By their actions they have shown where they stand on this issue.
Why they didn't ensure there's no possibility anyone would notice that there's cracked instance opened and why they didn't left that out?
Is that your issue?
Why they don't let big shots get away with it?
