Kontakt loading AKAI Sample CD's but how do you save?

You'll have to stick with the built-in one then as I doubt any third-party solution will run without most of those. The firewall exceptions are probably for version checking and should be safe to remove.

Well, maybe this one. It doesn't complain about loading an AKAI CD but I don't have Kontakt installed in Windows to check if it can see the mounted iso.

I thought Kontakt can do batch conversion. Have a look in the manual under file types?
