I didn't think dynamics were part of D16's repertoire. I guess that's about to change. Interesting.

The May issue of Computer Music is out now but they're promoting an Audiority transient plugin on the cover.

I think D16 Frontier will be in the next issue (230 - June)...

Sometimes they go as low as $1 or less per issue with a year's subscription.sprnva wrote:It is.chk071 wrote:Btw, does someone know if Nyrv Agent CM is part of the CM Studio plugin suite now?
I got my CM digital subscription here. There was some deal at the time and I ended up paying £38.24 for a 2yr sub.
Payed £7.27 last December for 13 issues.
I'm set until September 2018.

Nice to see an exclusive as CM plug
But all the plugs in the CM vault is now getting to be confusing, difficult to see how they fill each other out or do the same job?
What CM need to do is to provide a shell for their plugs, ala Meldas MXXX.

I think that is quite clear by reading the OPMogwaiBoy wrote:I think D16 Frontier will be in the next issue (230 - June)...
...and June, means late April

Yup the screenshot I (OP) posted was from the May issue. So it will be in the June issue, which will be available in April (at least in Digital form). Lol. Quite confusing. I can see why some were confused by my wording.
I still get excited about certain new CM plugins (1 out of 4 maybe?). I too got that crazy 2 year subscription for dirt cheap on sale. I have lots of great Payware and Freeware (as do many of you guys) so it makes it hard for CM plugins to compete on a consistent basis. There are some real jewels in the offerings though. There are some lemons too, and some "meh" plugins. I also enjoy getting the free samples (some libraries more than others). Overall I am a happy camper. Some nice articles/tutorials as well.
I have also bought the full version of at least 1 plugin after using the CM version. A plugin that I most likely would not have tried had there not been a CM version of it.

Will the Audiority transient plugin be in the 'Vault' from now on, or exclusive to this issue only?

I don't believe they tell you in advance. You have to wait and find out the following month... At least you can order a back issue if you still want it (if it doesn't get added).

THIS. I haven't bought physical copies of magazines in years.pheeleep wrote:Just get a digital subscription and then you can download all the free content online from the Vault. So much cheaper than buying a hard copy in the US.spacekid wrote:I still can't find a retailer for CM in the states. They all kind of pulled back the last few years...ah well, let me know how it is.

But I hate taking the Android tablet to the crapper and sticking my poo-ey mitts all over it - but magazines are ok... hell, if you run out of loo paper they even serve other purposes
