Can't seem to find a sound byte of your new pedal steel. You have a link?

But Miroslav IS and it has the same problem of not even being readable with a magnifying glass - not exaggerating. I just bought Miroslav last month. Feel like a fool for sending you more money. You should stop selling Miroslav or at least warn users not to bother trying to use the stand-alone. By the way, the sound files for Miroslav do not load. I am going to have to call IK for support.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Thu Oct 31, 2019 3:27 pmSampleTank 3 is no longer sold by us, and SampleTank 4 is its replacement. It works very well on my Windows 10 high-DPI screen.bywhite7 wrote: Wed Oct 30, 2019 10:36 pm Just got Sampletank 3 with Miroslav and the GUI on both of my Windows 10 machines is the size of half a matchbook. Even with Windows display size set to 300%, the max. Unusable software! I am going to have to call them and try to get a refund. They should not be allowed to pretend this is a real product.

ST3 may be available for a long time, from various hardware bundles
and retailer 'deals', (and maybe as old-stock boxed sets ?).
I just bought ST4 Max in a bundle, and the SampleTank3 libs
are included in the ST4 sounds downloads.
Cheers

The short discussion at the link has some tips near the bottom
for managing Sampletank in various screen settings,
might help some folks here.

Yea, but Peter said that they "no longer sell" it. But according to that link...they do. So...glokraw wrote: Sat Nov 02, 2019 9:59 pm ST3 may be available for a long time, from various hardware bundles

Not to put words in anyones mouths, I think IK are not
offering the ST3 package itself on their website,
but will have to honor resellers who have
IK hardware bundles that include it, and are willing
be partners with themselves, where their own
special software bundles include it. Many marketing loose ends
will get tied up. In the mean time, the more people who
happily pay to be assimilated into IK's product lines,
the better off IK will be. Many, myself included,
have been getting newer and newer versions
of SampleTank as they arrive, same with Amplitube,
and glad of it.
And since it's all their products, they can put
ST3 sounds in any new product they like, and not have
to issue a separate ST3 license. Which appears to be the case
when buying ST4 at this point in time. You get ST3 and ST4 sounds,
and an ST4 license.
(sure hope my foot ain't in my mouth now

Total Studio 2 MAX is not a hardware product. It is not packaged with any hardware. It is a CURRENT software product offered by IKMultimedia and it includes ST3, but not ST4. There is not a Total Studio product that offers ST4. Peter said they no longer sell ST3...maybe not standalone, but they DO still sell it. And Total Studio 2 MAX comes with ST3 and Miroslav 2 which is why I wrote what I did after Peter's response. And there has been nothing since the release of ST4 that offers an upgrade path from Total Studio 2 MAX.
Not trying to be hard here, but they still sell ST3 DIRECTLY no matter how it is framed. Anyone with issues on those products are justified.
IKMultimedia still makes some great products. I recently purchased Modo Bass with no regrets. But for everything else, their upgrade/crossgrade paths just make no sense (no worries, they are not the only devs I have this issue with). I have most every product in Total Studio 2 MAX but there is no upgrade path for me to get Total Studio 2 MAX (to get the last few tiny pieces) without paying full or on sale upgrade price.

Maybe you could get lucky finding those remaining things with a
WTB/WTT add in the marketplace, or maybe JRR or esoundz
have them in a back room, on a dusty cyber shelf?
