I've been trying to think what could be causing the problem. I have so many more programs on my non-music boot it is hard to narrow down.
I have Disk Image 7 on my non music boot and I remember it required installing a windows "add" on which isn't present in the non-music boot.
I've always had this problem to some extent, but it has gone really bad lately.
I change to a Motu 828 and perhaps it doesn't get along with Drive Image.
I run most of the same software on my wifre's laptop and it is SOLID. It also all different parts...
I think I'll back up my dirves and go for the windows re-install.
1. For future reference, to get a command line window, press the "START" button and choose "run". In the text box type "cmd". A black window should appear.
2. BSOD=Blue Screen Of Death. Its a common term describing the bluescreen and is used by those of us who have to deal with Microsoft everyday.
If you're not a geek I probably have asked too much. But you never know...
