yamaha hs50m + superlux hd 681 (for sub-bass only)
sometimes I find myself being fooled in the mid bass and wanting to blame the hs50m, but I'm investigating and thinking of an improvement in my acoustic treatment, should be the case.
why: no money for sm9, mm27, two18 or even the opal. I'm from brazil and work with rock/metal, this pretty much sums it up.
ps.: I have a decently treated room (really!) and actualy learned how to deliver with what I have. I'm going to add a cheap subwoofer just for the fun's sake while tracking (louder is funnier, isn't it?) and maybe mixing, let's see what happens.
