Maybe it's that. I don't use a downloader anymore since several years. Firefox works great for that and even resume downloading if the servers support that. I heard of some servers knocking users out because of downloaders that attempt multiple connections (but you say you have that function disabled)whyterabbyt wrote: Yup, the site is fine, but it still happens with the updater too. I remember now had a similar problem a couple of years ago, linked to using a browser downloader extension, there seems to be a limit on connections that locks you out, so Ive emailed Kasper. Strange, though; the downloader always has multiple connections disabled.

Its DownThemAll which is a Firefox extension. Multiple/Multipart connections is completely disabled because Ive had one or two problems in the past, but its better for queuing up multiple downloads to different folders than FF is on its own.fmr wrote:Maybe it's that. Kaspar's support has always been good, so it should be fine.

It's ideal for any trance genre. And awesome for pads especially now when there's more voices. Actually it's more like a desert island synth since it has few different oscillators, sampler, several filter types, nice built in effects... Has never crashed in my use and is heck of a fun to play withRobmobius wrote:What's this synth like, I don't know much about it to be honest? I had a quick gander on YT. Sounds pretty good... And looks like fun to mess with.
76e seems like a decent price as well. Not that I need another synth, but that doesn't help me with my GAS.
And if I remember correct, the latest faxi nadus album has a lot usage of Karma Modular.

And dark n' hard is my type of sound too.

I like the dark gritty tone. It's a refreshing change from everything making my ears bleed.
What I don't like is having to pay extra for a Mac version (I didn't read the small print) as well as the PC version I bought a couple of years back.

Well, I didn't get an email for the update. Learned from here that v. 1.19 was out. Used the link from an earlier email and it downloaded fine.
All good!
