I'm in the same situation. Bought the editor for the Microwave 1 when it first came out prior to the account system - messaged - no reply. I was going to ask on the Waldorf User Yahoo group but that's coming back undeliverable.

I guess I need to persist. It's a bit annoying because I was promised lifetime support and free updates and have never heard anything since. :(
