First impression was genre/style of sounds/production not my preference, but look forward to really finding out what's there.
If it isn't too difficult to swap out samples, I will be more eager to take it through its paces.

There are kontakt libraries and engines out there that have a price and a video and maybe some demo tracks. When I see the price, I'm often thinking, how can they justify that ?

In reality, it makes no difference, whether it took six months using 50 classical musicians and 15 sound engineers or one man and a plugin; it's what I am willing to pay that's important. How can I justify spending that sum.

I'd probably be out of the market if the price for Vivid went over US$50. Of course, when I get my hands on it, I may reconsider and deliver a different valuation based on what it is worth to me.

I agree it will be much easier and more realistic to provide price feedback after some hands-on time with it.
Vivid is a great name.
Is there an estimate for when the "winners" will be able to download it?
