Strange as you can input the third party seller in the registration page. It just won't take my serials. Ha!

I wonder if this was a temporary thing they were experimenting with. I finally heard back from Heavyocity support yesterday and they reset my AEON Melodic serial number, and also added that this particular issue wouldn't happen again. (So maybe AEON was initially set as a limited-activation product, but they have the ability to lift the limit.)mgw38 wrote:And the AEON libraries are a bit annoying. Hello, I submitted a request about paying the difference for one your bundles, I never downloaded the products so I thought that be fair,
They answered me once 9 days ago,
I answered back, but it seems my messages are being ignored for 9 days now,
I really would like to have this solved before the sale ends, but I haven’t had a proper customer service so far
I own 13 of your libraries by the way,
