I like regressif a lot.
It is pretty and can do ugly things.

Another vote for Decimort 2. Also, Logic's included 'Bitcrusher' is great

If you're feeling adventurous, Permut 8 with the "Bender" firmware loaded is very nice as well.
And for you guys that just got all of the Air effects as part of that cheap everything bundle upgrade, make sure to check out "AIR lo-Fi".

Tritik Krush and Toneboosters TimeMachine are good for quick and easy bitcrushing.
Melda MBitFun has a lot of creative potential to get carried away with
A lot of digital distortion plugins can be used for bitcrusher style sounds too:
Unfiltered Audio Dent, Klanghelm SDRR, iZotope Trash

My favourite bitcrusher is TAL Sampler
cheat answer i know, but it's the only one IMO that doesn't sound like you tried to vintage digify your shit in a very unconvincing fashion aka most all bitcrushing plugins.Cyclone is even better but it's a bit cumbersome to use all the time.Permut8 is pretty decent for that too (i just don't use the clipping cause it "shrinks"stuff)
Honorable mention to the digital section in Vulf Compressor(though not enough for me to buy it).hope he/they bring out a plugin that focuses a lot on the old digital sound of late 80ies early 90ies rack and keyboard based samplers at some point.if anybody could nail that aesthetic convincingly,it's Goodhertz

Dent 2
Plogue Chipcrusher
D16 Decimort 2
I have to use all three each has this and that. Plogue Chipcrusher can add various speaker simulation such as the one on the Gameboy or an arcade machine.

What best in 2024?
Many bitcrusher sound "on top" of the Audi. It doesn't gel and sound natural. I like the one in rc-20. Any other that is really good
For example I no like the Destroy in saturn 2
