you're right. they've removed the upgrade page from the shop, having just checked.

the kombinat tri upgrade was $10 for me, but that was back in 2017.

Yeah that's a reasonable deal but I doubt I'll be able to do the same as I haven't got an answer from Support yet.

Their support is terrible, and worse, belligerent. Enso’s been constantly crashing on me at random times, regardless of what I’m doing. I explained this, along with my system and DAW specs, and got no answer for months. I finally poked them again and the non-response I got was, “we didn’t understand how to replicate your issue, can you explain what happened when it crashes?” I’m not sure how much more than, “randomly crashes all the time,” I can explain.

I’m done with them. My system is very stable and almost never crashes… except with Audio Damage plugins. Maybe other people have better luck with them, but I sure don’t.

Oh bummer. Very bad luck for me not checking their site in several years and throwing my opportunity for an upgrade in the trash.

Not very motivated in paying full price 49$ for a product I could have upgraded for 10$ a couple of years ago.
