Incorrect note values with large buffer size and high latency

It took 3 full days, during my 'vacation'.

There is an action / option in Reaper that you can enable.
It's in the 'MIDI Editor' section, called "Options: Preview notes when inserting or editing".

I added this action to the "MIDI piano roll toolbar" so that I can easily turn it on and off.
