Hi will do later. I did wonders as if I use Reapers mega baby sequencer with midi logger I only get the coloured on and off messages. Also it just keeps throwing out the white lines even if LR is not running. Sorry if being a bit vague here as this is a bit of a learning curve for me.

Can I also add EvilDragon kindly downloaded LR and managed to get it working with same set up. So hopefully will sort out

No problem; if we can see the MIDI we should be able to work out what's (not) happening.

Put midi logger after LR on track 1 the white writing will steam constantly even when LR is not running. The second track has the midi coming from channel 10 only from track 1 which looks as I would expect, but as before no instruments will trigger in Kontakt

The "white" lines are MIDI SYSEX messages Kontakt does not need them; I cannot tell what those SYSEX messages are doing.

The MIDI on the Kontakt track is, as you said on MIDI channel 10. Double-check that you have set the instrument loaded into Kontakt to MIDI Port (A), channel 10:

And I thought that those SYSEX messages would be Sent to the Kontakt track (hence my request for the MIDI file).

Thanks that's done the trick. MIDI setting were a bit more hidden then your picture on Revolution, but easy to see once I installed one of NI's instruments and that worked fine.Then tracked the setting down once I pressed on spanner symbol.

I thought that all Kontakt instruments had that header at the top; I did not think that it could be hidden.

The header is there but not with the midi routing option. As said need to press the spanner icon to see it.

You don't, you need to press the (i) button next to the camera button in instrument header.
