. Checked that I got the Newsletter, wont help. And my last experience with support was after weeks "sorry, someone was in vacation....."

I have frei:raum but did not even receive the mail with the upgrade coupon. Tried to reach their support but without success either. Still waiting (and hoping).

In the email I got, they say the upgrade code is personal... :/ It doesn't look like a generic code indeed...

Hopefully we will soon get answers about the correct upgrade path! PB claims the $10 upgrade is for SmartEQ+ and frei:ram owners but no mention of the latter on the actual page.

it was clearly stated that it is for frei:raum owners too. And rekkerd.org dont invent such a thing. The line leads to a pluginboutique site where it clearly was written in the text as above:

Upgrade to the brand new smart:EQ 2 from frei-raum for only €9.90 / $9.90 here

Today they have deleted that page ! I wrote yesterday to the support with my frei:raum serial, no answer. I will definitely not accept this and hope you all join the Party

got the serial and things got cleared by support, they announced to clear the text too now it is clear that it definitely includes frei:raum owners
