As concerns SL vs SX, you may want to do what I did: buy SL now and upgrade later. Spreads out the financial pain a bit! :-)

haha your not kidding, this stuff is expensive.
You're just getting started, wait a few months. Pretty soon GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome) will hit. Hell, my banker told me the other day that he wants to open a branch bank in my studio! :-)
