Reasons manual is among the best I've ever seen for ANY software.
The problem clearly lies on your end.
Why don't you climb off? If I don't like it, I don't need you acting like a scorned teen degrading me like I just committed a crime :x I don't think there is anything in the rules that says I have to have the same opinion as you.
