Absolutely - I would probably be more tempted to bring the heavily effected version up as an added texture to the original vocal as per your idea (but anything could sound good 'if it sounds good for the song').

We are the despised! :hihi: I'm not usually the victim of thumbs down and somebody has recently made an appearance who I haven't seen in a while. I wonder if there is a link? :idea:
