But for the sake of entertainment, I'd like to make a few
comments about this:
1. If you just count stupid features as possible actions,
then Reaper is definitely the winner. Because together
with the SWS package, Reaper has almost 10,000 "actions"
and thus by far the most features.
2. But when it comes to counting musically meaningful
possibilities and configurations, then Apple Logic is
probably the winner. Because with the environment
and the folder structure system, Logic is the most
flexible and has the most options.
3. But if you consider that most musicians and producers
only use about 10 percent of the capabilities of a DAW,
then you realize that this question about the sheer
number of features is completely nonsensical.
