Well, what if someone's trying to stab you and you have your hand occupied pressing a key that you shouldn't have to be pressing? Huh?

It's another key press that we don't need. They add up. And they suck if you have an instrument in your hand.

It's also a bummer, because it was almost a live performance tool, you could quickly draw in and delete sequences or single notes while Live is running.
I never had a problem with accidentely creating notes with lower velocity, since it only changes velo if you click + hold + drag. a simple fast click would just create a full velocity note.
I really don't understand why they at least wouldn't make this optional.
also thumbs don't for the "it's just a single keystroke more" comments, It means you have to reach for your keyboard constantly and can't just work with your mouse or one handed anymore, it's just making UI interaction more complicated than it has been, it's not me being "lazy".
